Welcome to our FAQ page dedicated to our secure HGV parking business. Here you'll find all the information you need to answer your questions about our services, how our car parks work and how to manage your parking requirements. Which payment methods are accepted?
In our secure HGV car parks, we only accept the TIS PL electronic toll tag.
No credit card or cash payments are permitted.
When do I have to pay for parking in the car park?
Payment for parking is made on exit only.
How much does a night's parking cost?
The rate remains the same for parking between 12 hours and 24 hours. The price of a night's parking in our secure HGV car parks is based on the price list for each car park.
Is it possible to reserve parking spaces?
We do not currently offer any secure parking space reservation options.
Is it possible to uncouple my trailer?
It is forbidden for drivers to uncouple their trailers in our secure HGV car parks.
Can I park my van or camper van?
Park+ secure car parks are for truck drivers only. It is therefore not possible to park a van, camper van or any other vehicle other than a HGV.
