Welcome to our FAQ page dedicated to our secured HGV (heavy goods vehicle) parking business. Here, you will find all the essential information to answer your questions about our services, how the car parks work, and managing your parking needs. Which payment methods are accepted?
At our secured HGV parking facilities, we only accept the TIS PL electronic toll badge. (Axxès, Eurotoll, DKV, Total, Telepass…)
No payment by credit card or cash is permitted.
When do I have to pay for parking?
Payment for the parking duration is made only on exit.
How much does one night of parking cost?
The rate remains the same for a parking duration of between 12 and 24 hours. The price of one night’s parking at our secured HGV facilities is based on the pricing schedule of each car park.
Is it possible to book parking spaces?
We do not currently offer any option to reserve a parking space.
Is it possible to unhitch my trailer?
Drivers are not permitted to unhitch their trailer within the premises of our secured HGV parking facilities
Can I park my van or motorhome?
Park+ secured car parks are intended for truck drivers only. It is therefore not possible to park a van, a motorhome, or any other non-HGV vehicle.
